In short: orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp, payment is required upfront (no Cash on Delivery), and since every piece is made to order, there is no exchange or return once an order is placed.

Ordering

All orders are placed directly over WhatsApp. Once you send your size and the piece you'd like, Darshana will confirm availability, pricing, and estimated delivery time before your order is made.

Payment

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is required in advance to confirm your order, before your piece is cut and stitched.

Exchange & Returns

Because every shirt is made to order and cut specifically once you confirm, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. Please double-check your size and details before placing your order — Darshana is happy to answer any questions on WhatsApp beforehand.

Shipping

Shipping details, timelines, and charges will be shared with you directly on WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation.
