In short: Label Darshana Khetan is a made-to-order label. Orders are placed over WhatsApp, full payment is required upfront (no Cash on Delivery), and because each shirt is cut only after you order, we're unable to offer exchanges or returns except in the case of a genuine defect.

About This Business

Label Darshana Khetan is a made-to-order clothing label operated out of Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. We are a small, independent boutique — every shirt is designed, cut, and stitched to order rather than kept as ready stock. We do not currently hold a GST registration, and in line with our CA's guidance, we are only able to ship orders within Karnataka at this time. If you are ordering from outside Karnataka, please message us on WhatsApp before paying so we can confirm whether we're able to fulfil it.

Placing an Order

All orders are placed directly over WhatsApp — we do not run a separate checkout system. To order, message us with the piece you'd like, your size (using the size chart on the catalogue page), and any customisation requests. We'll confirm the final price, expected timeline, and payment details before your order is placed. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Payment

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment is required in advance, before your shirt is cut and stitched. Payment details (UPI or bank transfer) will be shared with you directly on WhatsApp at the time of ordering.

Made-to-Order Timelines

Because each piece is cut and stitched only after you order, please allow a reasonable production time before dispatch. Darshana will confirm an estimated timeline with you on WhatsApp when your order is placed. Delays can occasionally happen during high-order periods — we'll keep you updated if this affects your order.

Sizing

Please refer to the size chart and "how to measure" guide on the catalogue page before ordering, and double-check your measurements. Because pieces are cut specifically for your order, we're unable to offer an exchange if a size doesn't fit as expected — if you're ever unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we're happy to help you choose.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All purchases made through Label Darshana Khetan are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of a product received in a genuinely defective or damaged condition.

For a defect or damage claim to be considered, all of the following must be true:

The issue is reported to us on WhatsApp in writing within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the defect;
The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original packaging intact; and
The defect is genuinely a manufacturing fault, and not damage caused after delivery.

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, offer either a repair, a replacement (subject to availability of fabric), or store credit. This does not apply to sale or clearance pieces, which are final sale.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Requests made after this window, or once production has begun, cannot be accepted. All cancellation requests are reviewed individually, and approved cancellations will be issued as store credit rather than a cash refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within Karnataka. Shipping charges and an estimated delivery timeline will be shared with you on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. Once a package has been handed over to our courier partner, responsibility for its safe delivery lies with the courier. We are not liable for loss or damage that occurs in transit; if this happens, please raise the claim directly with the courier using the tracking (AWB) number, and we're happy to help facilitate that conversation where we can.

Respectful Communication

We value open, direct communication and are always reachable on WhatsApp for any concern about your order. We ask that disagreements about an order be raised with us directly rather than through public posts or threats, so we can actually resolve them. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to false or defamatory public statements made about the label.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as the business grows. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
